I agree about harnesses, for some reason they complicated to put on! And I'm always afraid Murphy is going to break out of his harness because I've put it on wrong. Give Seamus kisses from his Aunt Becky.

Aww. I'm sorry that Seamus has been under the weather. I personally would watch a state of the beagle address at any point in time, even if it's just 30 minutes of him tearing apart his bears while being interrupted by standing ovations.

Don't be to confident about the thumbs thing though, http://www.theonion.com/content/node/28315

I took an aptitude test in high school that said I was good at orienting things spatially (their translation: I'd make a good car mechanic!). But that "talent" doesn't help at all with figuring out how to get a harness on a dog. Juniper the bulldog wears one but it always looks like it's about to fall off. And I tried putting one on Orwell the boxer once, but someone chewed it off. Hope Seamus feels better soon.

I didn't realize that Seamus was such an old timer. I guess we all feel those aches and pains as we get older. I'm glad the Vet gave him some good drugs :-) We went to a harness with the minature schnauzer we had before our our current furry resident. She would pull so hard on a normal leash/collar, she would literally choke herself.
